Had to experiment a little with lighting effects. WHen I began drawing, light was all over the place and completely defied nature when I drew XD then I began putting in artificial light sources (arrows) to guide me. Now I'm sloooowly getting a feel for it. I hope, lol! XD
Was tempted to do the battered and bruised effects on Wraith (*is MEAN* >D) but I figured a posture and mood of the pic should be enough. At least I guess I'm subconciously trying to bring out the emotions, in this case as you quite rightly said, of being down with colour, pose and expression without relying on putting grazes and blood and whatever there

And thanks! I want to put a little effort at least into =Amarena-Berry's contest so I'm SO glad she extended. Twas supposed to end this week D: I've just been to tied down to draw lately pretty much.

Oh, vielen dank! Was fuer ein Kompliment. Tja, manchmal wird es langweilig wenn ich die selbe Pose die gansse zeit mahle. Ich haette gern in jedes Bild etwas anders zu versuchen!
