Special abilities: Flight, breathes electricity as opposed to fire.

Story: GUN's rivalling company, biocorp, once found an egg beneath a ton of rhinestone whilst attempting to travel to the centre of the earth. Years of incubation allowed the egg to mature and hatch out a dragon _wow

Tired of experiments and constraints, Zell escaped BioCorp at a young age and has since been hiding out at SkyRail (SA2B- Shadow's level )
In skyrail, he's lived quite an isolated life, but has also learnt some powers like manipulating clouds to produce lighting and learning to acquire some of the static electricity himself from clouds. Hence his electric abilities.

Personality: Smart, cool, irretable, hot shot fighter, bad tempered at times, dry humoured.

Rhinestone was furthermore inspired from Mike Shinoda. Or at least, I've always heard him use it in his lyrics and it got me intrigued. Seeing as dragons like shiny things, but that Zell's existance is somewhat artificialised, I thought it might work...

W/e. I managed to adapt a dragon character to a Sonic form and he's drawable fun and fuss free and I like how he looks so that's what counts.
